Steve Waites: "We aim to use local produce where possible. We are fortunate to be based in Pershore which is the heart of culinary Worcestershire.

Our menu will boast plums from Pershore, asparagus from Evesham and other fresh produce, where possible, from the suppliers on our front door. Eating out shouldn't just be for special occasions. We want to make this sort of dining available to everyone and this is reflected in our prices. Our aim is for Belle House to spring to people's minds when they fancy going out for lunch or dinner and to be well-known for quality, reasonably priced food and wine."
